The series offers a contemporary version of St. Francis' great song, known as the Canticle of the Sun. In it, St. Francis gives praise to the Creator of all things, giving voice to the song of praise sung by all creatures. Designed by Sister Sharon Havelak, OSF.

Franciscan Blessings Cards

St Francis knew himself – and all others – to be continually blessed by God. He offered this blessing, found in Numbers 6:24-26, as a special prayer for his friend, Brother Leo. Designed by Sister Sheila Shea, OSF.

Peace Prayer of St. Francis Cards

This prayer, popularly attributed to St. Francis of Assisi, can only be traced
back to 1912. It was widely used during both World War I and World War II
as a prayer for peace.  Designs by Sister Jane Mary Sorosiak, OSF, Sister

Praises of God Cards

St. Francis wrote these beautiful words of praise after receiving the stigmata (wounds of Christ) on Mount La Verna in September 1224 and gave them to Brother Leo, along with the Blessing. The original document, written in the saint’s own hand, is still preserved in the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi. Designed by Sister Karen Zielinski OSF.
