If you own property that has increased in value, you may wish to consider using it to help fund the ministries of the Sisters of St. Francis. When you give property you have owned longer than one year, you are entitled to an income tax deduction for the full value of the asset, not just the purchase price.
Our ministries are diverse and far-reaching – from Third Age Ministry at Rosary Care Center (pictured above left) to providing cultural arts experiences to hundreds of school-age children and adults at our Franciscan Center for the Performing Arts (pictured above right).
